Returns Policy

At Love and Pearl, we take pride in the quality of our products, carefully inspecting each piece before it reaches you. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, you can return it to us within 14 days. We will cover the cost of the return once we’ve received and assessed the product, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

We also understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can either exchange it for another piece from our collection or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Holiday Season: Any orders placed after November 8th, 2023, can be returned until January 9th, 2024.

For international returns outside Europe, the refunded amount will be based on the current exchange rate at the time of the return, and any taxes or duties incurred will not be refunded.

Please ensure all returns are in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship to virtually any address worldwide, with some product restrictions for international destinations.

Shipping Times:

• USA: 4-7 Business Days
• Canada & Australia: 7-10 Business Days
• Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & UAE: 5-10 Business Days
• Rest of World: 7-15 Business Days

All items are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery dates are provided based on item availability and chosen shipping options. Note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based and rounded up to the next full pound.
